Ok, this isn't really a puzzle game, but Addition Aliens Attack is both fun and educational, so I thought I would include it in my list of games on this site.
Addition Aliens Attack is a great way to improve your addition and subtraction skills while having fun playing an arcade style space shooter game. Waves of Aliens descend on you with math problems above them. Solve the math problem and blast the alien into oblivion.
